At that point I tried the nicotine gum. Chewing it carefully simply as the plan expressed. 2 chews, off to the side of the cheek for a second, at that point 2 chews again. I got the same problem by having the gum, since the physical addiction to holding the cigarette in my hand was not quenched. Not to mention I regularly ended up chewing the gum like ones might routine gum, the e cigarette was definatley better.
